I believe they where 1,150. Not bouncy at all, very responsive and it doesn't break loose on little bumps in the road.

Does it remedy the pogo feel of the stock suspension ? You know, like suspension is running out of spring travel then the shocks get harsh ?

Much better than stock, it's not near as stiff as stock but not to soft either.

what are the negatives of coil overs besides the price?

how many brands are there for us and how would they be rated against each other?

btw - i'm not trying to start a war, i don't know much about coil-overs...

wat is the recommended spring rate, i dont plan to track the car but i want a better smooth and comfortable ride then stock. i know its all in the settings but can i get the settings set in before it gets shipped so i just need to install? thanx in advance.
