I can't believe I didn't see this thread sooner. Lexus is in the process of screwing me claiming abuse for an engine problem that is documented all over this forum as a know problem.

The fact they can play the "abuse" card with no evidence is ridiculous. Cards are definitely stacked against the consumer.

How do they calculate the buy back? Is the value based on the price at time of purchase or blue book value at time of buy back.
