Default Front fender vents + LED's

I am trying to find the thread where someone did the front fender vent mod with LED's that were mounted BEHIND the vent (not on the outside of the vent).. and can't seem to find the thread. Can anyone, or the owner, point me to it? Thanks!

^^ I thought yours were mounted inside the fender vent areas???

I think I know the look the OP wants... Just the glow of light coming through the vent holes at night...
&
In the Day time you don't see anything, like LED's mounted on the exterior portion of the vents.

How are they not visible? It looks like they are mounted on the outside of the vents?

I sent you a PM but no response...

Remove fender liner? Or remove fender + fender liner

Removing the whole fender looks like the route i'm going to have to take, but I really don't want to go through that much labor for some LED's that may or may not even look good.

"Toe" is on the right track...

I would say turning the wheels and unclipping the fender liner just behind the tires will give you quick access to the fender vent areas..

If your planning on installing LED strips, just use some really good double sided tape and clean the area before mounting.

Wiring should be interesting...
Are you going for a stand alone switch ??
or
Something like tapping into Fog Lights, Parking Lights, Puddle Lights, etc, etc..

due to the way that the fenders are mounted going through the fender is not very good. its very tight and basically impossible!
