Okay guys, I took the car in this morning and they looked at it and test drove it right away, even without an appt set. They said everything is normal with the wear pattern, and I still had 10mm of pad left. They said they didnt think it was actually grinding. The squeaking is common with the brakes on the ISF, and said the best way to get rid of it is the hard braking trials (saw another tread about this). She said that they could do it for me, if I wanted; but I figured I would do it myself As for the cause, they said its usually from the pads getting a glaze/film on them after getting wet.
Oh, and someone asked what color, SGM
I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Yeah, re bedding in your brakes will solve that problem for sure. I luckily have not experienced any brake grinding with my 09 IS F. I have almost 7,000 miles on it now and they have been great less the dusting issue.
