Will these work on stock BBS ISF wheels? Thanks!

No, these will not fit. These are called "tuner" lug nuts--see the cone shaped tips? The Lexus/BBS, as with other OEM wheels, use "OEM" lug nuts--they have a built in washer/flange.

you can easily repaint your stock ones.. for a 1/5 of that cost!

Those are indeed tuner lugs, you can see the cone shaped-head in the pictures. I would just spray your OEM lugnuts if you want black that badly.

L-Tunedparts.com has them listed on their site to show that these aftermarket lugs fit the IS-F application..

*Commonly used & needed with a set of aftermarket wheels..

Nope. 100% I purchased them and returned them. Will not fit safely.
