Interesting...well in that case, have them professionally painted. Cause I've seen so many people paint it themselves and it just looks horrible down the line.

yep... i just talked to a customs shop today.. they are going to call me back about a price to power coat the calibers... so ill let you guys know

haha i think discussions just now was that do NOT powdercoat

definitely need to make sure the red is right, a lot of times after painting the paint got a bit orange-ish.

No. The OEM wheels are painted, not powder coated.

not feeling red on the obsidian paint scheme...........but Porsche GT2 yellow? Shiznit


Probably going to be my first mod besides intake/exhaust. There is a nice little DIY thread about this being done.........I think the guy put the brembo stickers on backwards, but it turned out sick nonetheless! GL and keep us posted with pics!

Red color will rock with your obsidian. Nothing better than to make those big ISF brakes stand out more and still look genuine! Go for it and post pic after you complete.

I say go for it. Here's mine, it'll give you and idea of red with white lettering.

it's not that hard at all. did my gs400 back then in a nice summer afternoon and after 8 yrs it's still good

if you are asking a shop to do it, please please make sure after they put on the stickers, they put couple layers of clear coat on top!!!!! otherwise your stickers will be gone in no time
