I installed the CF hood on the F today. CF Hood weights 23.5lbs...Stock hood is 26.5lbs with backing. There is NO weight savings on this hood...But, I sure do love the look!!..Pics soon

No weight savings? My second grade math says that you just saved 3 lbs.

"The backing on the stock hood has weight to it......this is why I said there is no weight difference..lol

did you get another clear coat when you first got it? any yellowing ?
