Left a half dollar size stain on the paint, is there any solution that can be used to clean this up? TIA

Worse case scenario you'll need to get it wet sanded from a good detail or body shop. I use something called "Honda Polish" for some minor scratches and stains. It's about $4/bottle and you can find it at Honda Motorcycle shops or bunch of places online. Give it a shot.

G'luck.

I'm sorry to hear that. Since the obsidian clear coat is SO soft, I keep a bottle of quick detailer and a microfibre cloth in my trunk all the time. It makes me look a little OCD at times in parking lots if I get gunk on it, but it's worth it to me

got rid most of the stain with a combination of WD-40 and googone. Its the only thing I had at work. Dont think its good for the paint but it worked for the most part.

use meguiar's quik detailer. as long as you have a good coat of wax on there, nothing will be hard to remove; even bird crap.

i got bird poop on my car once....for 5 mins, i used meguiars ultimate quick detailer but it was too late... got home and busted out the applicator pad and meguiars ULTRA cut M105 and took care of it....topped it off with some NXT wax...good to go =)

haha... I got a bottle of meguiars quick detailer in my trunk as well . I also keep chrome polish for my exhaust tips, and rain-x spray for the windows.

I guess you can call me OCD as well

But I don't have a IS-F .... Someday though .... someday

Meguiar's claybar or similar product. Gotta get the bird crap asap or it will etch the clearcoat. Keep some sort of emergency cleanup product in the trunk.
