Sounds to me like they rotated your tyres and failed to balance them.

I'm sure you guys already know that they can not rotate the tires on this car. Front rear stagger, and rotation direction on the tires.

Do they rotate the tires on a F? I figured with a staggered setup you just run them as is until you need new tires.

So I never recieved a call back from the Service Writer. I decided to get the tires examined at Kauffman Tire. They said the tires need to be balanced and they were totally off. Only one was balanced correctly so they had to balance 3 tires. I went ahead an spent the $84.xx and got them balanced.
Im going to call the Manager of the Service Department tomorrow because this is rediculous. I paid about $245 for the service and got my car back with the tires off balanced, but they were fine and the car was drivig perfect before the service.

Sorry to hear about that. Definitely not the "service" Lexus is known for.

Technically you could only rotate the tires belonging on the same axle and only by dismounting them from the wheel.
Correct me if I'm wrong here. There is no outside molding on our Potenzas last I checked.
