Just like everything else in life - not for everyone. A lot of people at the show complimented it, though. I'll post a closer picture of it on the car when I get the time.

How do you remove the grill BTW? I want to just paint it black.

There's one 10mm bolt in the midldle, a few plastic clips, and then you just reach behind to slowly release the clips around the sides and lower part of the grill. Just work slowly and look for areas that are catching and it will become obvious.

I assume the grill separates from the chrome trim?

I just re-painted mine this past week to touch up, and I also painted my front emblem. It's not impossible but it's definitely a pain everytime. Some of my clips are also starting to wear down so I'm afraid they are gonna snap off if I take this thing apart too many times!

I checked it last night and it looks like I have to remove the black plastic cover off first which has screws on the side, but then weird black caps towards the middle. Then take the weather stripping off and unbolt that 10mm bolt and some clips? Does that sound about right? I looked at the regular IS forums and saw the instructions but theirs doesn't have the black top cover.
