this was at grand canyon parkway, i'm sorry - i meant grand central parkway @ hillside. the first time i wasn't speeding, only 50 mph, with 4 people in the car.
i couldn't even pull over to the shoulder immediately... you know why? 3 other people were there. i had to pass the exit to pull over. after putting on the spare, another 3 people caught flats and were in front of me. guess what one of them were, an m3. guess what does not come in m3's... spare tire
Sorry to hear. I commute on the GCP during the week. They are milling the Eastbound side starting at Francis Lewis.. It caught me by suprise while driving the 335.. I drove with my hazards on while going through that mine field. The best lane on that stretch is the far left lane. The middle & far right has the huge craters.. Good luck with the fix & resolution to the claim.

can you file a claim with the comptroller if you have a cracked windshield or no? maybe reimburst?
you have to fill out paperwork proving they are at fault. i submitted photographs of sh1tty roadwork, notarized statements from my witnesses, and invoices to prove my case.
i guess if i were them i would challenge how it is the city's fault and not some big truck you might have been following too closely.
