sorry just need to vent!
some random a##hole just sent me a mess. on facebook, telling me how i pick the wrong car to buy cause the C63 is way better then the ISF. I wrote back with more power yes better relibility no and that there is no wrong in this class(c63,rs4,m3,isf) and if he thinks there is a wrong than he doesn't appreciate good cars or never driven or own cars in this class. WTF!!!

Lexus marketing needs to figure out how to create blind brand loyalists and fanboys. It's complete nonsense but great for business! For example, just today, I read that someone made their purchase decision on a certain "ultimate driving machine" based on a Top Gear comparison episode.

i asked because normal people, especially owners (notice i said owners and not drivers - big difference) of nice cars, would rarely make such comments, i actually never encountered it in person with another owner of any M, AMG, S, or V.
i've only seen this in total broke losers/fanboys/silver spoon internet idiots make such bold statements without the realizations of the different needs and wants of others.
i closely looked at the AMG, M, S and F before buying. after comparing, i felt each car was so different and i couldn't even see how critics really compared the models. reports on running around on a track for a day is a stupid way to decide what car you want to buy as a daily driver and i suspect this is not why most people dropped $50-$70k on their cars.
