What's up with the new IS commercial with everyone yawning while driving the IS? Ok yeah they want you to think the exhaust sounds are coming out their mouths but it just looks like they are yawning. Terrible advertising considering the competition thinks lexus is for old gramps and they are trying to say the IS sporty....

Hope next years marketing is better is the F survives that long......

I know what the OP is referring to. In the "IS Line" commercial the guy in the standard IS does apretty good job of making you think he is screaming, then the next scene is the couple in the ISc. Despite the acceleration sound they plugged in, the car visually looks like its going a steady 25-30MPH and passengers, especially the wife, look like they are yawning, not screaming. Lastly, the guy in the ISF was pretty convincing IMO...just the two people in the ISc did an awful job. They look like they're yawning from boredom!

The commercials are great, especially the F doing burnouts and cookies. However the close up of the guy screaming is gay as hell and somewhat embarrassing to be associated with that having the same car. Other than that fool screaming, I love them commercials.

Funny the first add I saw was for the Infiniti "G" line which sounds like G string. Then 10 mi later I see the IS ad ad "IS series/line" which just sounds a lot better. It also reminded me of the "G" line in NY. Ifiniit has the worst letters/numbers/names/marketing ever.





I liked the ad, especially when the IS-F came.

What’s even funnier are the Mitsubishi commercials which talk about the IS-F with the OLD voice of Lexus.
He had that distinct job for over 20 years....
