Default Those with the Joe Z Exhaust

Did you guys leave the rear section of the mufflers that surround the tailpipe in stainless or did you spray that area flat black? I 'm thinking if you don't spray the tips and surrounding area you make it easier to see that there is only 1 tip behind the diffusers....atleast with the flat black it's more discreet but keeping the muffler part stainless to show it off?

There's a thread showing someone painted it blackish to keep it discreet. You can see the mufflers up close and far away while following from behind. I don't give a F if people can see it from behind since that's where most people end up when they race me.

Today I killed a GTO. God, that thing was loud though!

I like them painted flat black. It hides the fact that you have an aftermarket exhaust...granted you don't pay attention to the piping.

I left em shiny as is. I couldn't care less either way if people notice or not. The whole rear section is chromed, and you can see that too if you look hard enough. Doing just the ends never made much sense to me.

Mine are still silver. I just had the quad tips painted black to match the rest of my car much like Dflores did a while back, and now i notice the tips a little more. its still minimal but i might go back and spray them soon.

+1.

Thought about it and even bought the paint but never got to doing it.
You really can't see much thru the diffusers anyway.
