As an update...Lexus will not release the part (Fuel Pump) till another FTS (Field Tech Specialist) comes out and look at the issue again...Will Keep fingers crossed this time.
I am really hoping that it gets resolved this time as i have not been driving at all because of the issue.
Keep us posted...
If it's any consolation, I heard this same exact noise on another IS-F recently and compared it to my car.
On a scale of 1-10..
It was almost like, I can hear it on my car but at volume level 1 and the other car sounded like yours, at volume level 10.
Its really a distinct noise / characteristic, that might just end up being normal..
If something was broken or breaking by now, it would have happened.
Plus it would be a wide spread issue.
Guys as an update...I had a meet with a different FTS at another lexus dealer today and they have diagnosed the problem on the exhaust side of cylinder 6 & 8...Will need the car for 2-3 weeks to fix it, I'll keep everyone updated!!
This dealer was very nice & Helpful as well as the FTS
I just went to the dealership few days ago to grab some stuff out of my car...happened to notice under the hood...they have half of the motor apart on the driver side and i could see the cylinder heads.

You should have taken a picture! By the way I'd like to say thanks for updating us on the engine sound. My dealers give me the "It's ok" answer all the time. Can't wait till yours is fixed. I hope that they realize that this is a problem with not just one, but a few IS-F's out there. Perhaps a TSB can be issued on the matter. If you talk to the lead tech, you should mention that there are others out there with the issue but are being turned away just as you were.
I've actually told that to my FTS...Told him about you and his reply was let's fix your car first...next time i go there i'll definitely snap a pic for you guys

Thanks Salil! If you're ever up in the NE area we could do a photoshoot of both our IS's.
Did they say what was wrong on the exhaust side? Mine also makes the noise. But it really sounds like it is under the car and only when at full temp.
Thanks
