Prestigious Society Nav Override and Vais Ipod Adaptor installed...
view of mp3's while driving
Folder = playlist; File = song
view with nav override on or in park, you can view all folders (playlists)
song lists - must be in park or have nav override on
song detail
Nav override switch
Nav override to play movies
just try not to do all this at 100mph getting almost 25mpg
this was on the way back from the hamptons on LIE, otherwise NY has too much traffic for speeding

Just a quick note. Prestigious Society does not make the nav override; they just sell it. And I found that they sell it for about $80-130 more than some ebayers who sell the exact same item.
Edit:
I looked it up. I bought mine from this guy sometime last year (Prestigious Society charges $350 for the same thing):

He lives in southern CA.

email the dude I gave a link for and tell him to put up another on a buy it now. Use bing.com and get the override for about $200 which is $150 less than Prestigious Society. That more than covers the cost of install of both the override and the VAIS unit at Music Box.

This is the DIY instructions that I used:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...en-moving.html
Extremely easy to follow, and it takes less than 30 min. Actually the hard part was to remove the A/C vents! At the end of the DIY you see that the red wire on the J50 connector has to be grounded for those with the ML system so DVD playback is possible while in motion. Remember that once you cut the red wire, you need to ground the end on the ML system.
