Looking into potentially purchasing an IS-F in early 2010 (Jan.) what can I expect..

I'm looking to maybe purchase an IS-F (used) in early 2010 if it's within my budget.

The lowest list prices I've seen for IS-Fs right now is roughly in the ball park of $45k.

Would it be reasonable to find an IS-F with maybe 50k miles in the mid 30s (~$35k) in Jan. of 2010?

Even at early 2010 I doubt that you'll be able to get an F for even close to $35k with 50k miles on it.

Best case scenario (no extra luxury options, just basic F) how much do you think a 2008 F with 50k miles on it would cost in Jan. 2010?

FWIW, my lease ends in March 2011 and the residual is 36K (that includes taxes) and it'll only have about 25K miles. I'm thinking that I'll just keep it because of the low miles. I'm supposed to use 36K miles.
