parts question
I have my stock rims and stock exhaust (soon) off the car and have no use for them should i sell them here (and if so what is the going rate)? or should i ebay them (and once again whats the going rate)?

The stock exhaust won't be worth much, but the wheels are worth quite a bit because they fit on the 250, and 350 with some modifications.
IMO, keep them unless you are planning to keep your car until it dies. you might make a quick buck now, but it's not worth the hassle when you have to sell your car. At that time, you either have to a.) Eat a lower trade/re-sale value with the aftermarket wheels installed (On top of not being able to part them out), or b.) Try to hunt down a set of used stock IS-F wheels to put back on your ride, which I suspect will be a rare commodity.

^^ if u plan to keep the car for until it dies u can sell them. if u plan to trade or sell it keep the items or u will have a hard time finding them and if u do it wont be pretty cuz they would be rare to find.

I knew the stock BBS were expensive but dayum! Is that price just wheels or with tires? I'm assuming just the wheels themselves....

Ok i really dont care to keep these. thanks for the input i know how much they cost to replace i have looked it up myself also. But If i planned on getting rid of the car or trading it i would have done it already.

I'm in the same boat as you now..!!
Personally through experience, I always keep the OEM parts..
I NEVER planned to get rid of my 2008 IS350, but I did..
Highest Value of my car was with the OEM Exhaust and OEM wheels & tires..
Which I did put back on.
Wheels should be easy to get rid of.. BUT you should definitely keep the OEM exhaust handy.. You will never know if your going to need to put it back on.
BTW - you never came back to your Five Axis wheel thread with the final installed pics...
How did everything work out for you??
Regards,
Joe Z

Keep 'em. You will always regret selling stock parts at some point.
Keep them for spares.
Keep them for track wheels.
Or if you really need the cash you could sell them to someone here wanting track wheels. I think Lobux might be looking for a set....

^^I thought about it, but it's impossible to beat finishlinewheels.com for IS-F wheels. The hard part is getting cheap tires. I'm actually thinking about a WTB thread in the classifieds for used up PS2s. It wouldn't be any trouble to run tires on the wearbars for a weekend or two. I'd just need a set of TP monitors and I'd be set.
Also thinking about getting a second bumper cover to run on the street and keep the one I have with the scratch on it for track days/long trips.

Do you want the spare set of TPMS to actually use on the track wheels?? or just not wanting to see the light on track days??
