My dealer lets me bring my oil (Mobil Synthetic). They charge me for the filter & the change, but I get a car wash, and if I need it a Lexus SUV loaner.

Yup, I also paid big bucks for my cars, but I've got no complaints w/ the service ( to Woodfield Lexus).

lobux,

I have no way to knowing if they kept my M1 or not. I was just pissed they did not know how much oil to put in. Needless to say I will be heading back to my regular mechanic for the next services.

G

BTW, no one washes my car but myself, there is no way I would let the dealer do it. Just my $.02

lol i know, i was just being an ***. the vast majority of lexus dealers offer free car wash, especially with any service.

and i thought ralle lexus of long island had an automatic wash but use the california jelly blade to dry - which i'm not a fan of for letting other people who are not careful use because it can cause scratches when gliding dirt across the surface.

Thanks for the info! It looks like it's $400/yr now. Do you find it to have any advantage over a paper manual for cars no longer in production, such as your Supra?

Yes. I can print what I need and throw the paper away after all the greasy fingerprints have obliterated the text.
