F-Sport Shift Knob

^^^^It sits lower, because I screwed it in lower. The **** is a wee bit taller than stock, and I wanted the shortest **** I could get; personal taste. There really is no stop as far as screwing it on. I believe you could screw it down and push the top off. As far as the black CF. I thought about that, but I believe the black goes much better with the black interior than the chrome of the stock ****. The blue stitching also matches the rest of the interior. But, to each his own. I like it, you don't have to

It looks great, do you know if you can lower the stock ****? I really like the look of that.

I have the F-Sport shift **** in my F. I love the blue stitching on the leather. The quality of materials is only 4/5 though. Made in Taiwan.

For the record, when all the way down it does hit the top portion of the shifter trim so be careful guys/girls.
Also if you go too far down the cf will split on the shift **** so be aware of that as well. Basically dont go too far and when you feel resistance of cf coming apart (glued on), stop there and dont go any further.
With that being said, it does feel a lot better to have the shifter sit lower, but it wasn't meant to be installed that way so use caution when screwing the shifter all the way down as far as possible.
