osram is the company name. osram and philips imho are still two of the best companies making hid bulbs

but of course you need more than bulbs, you will need the whole kits with relays and ballasts. but imho bulbs are very important

I have installed HID's in vehicles before, (I am a auto tech) But I hae never heard of OSRAM. What is the point of installing a relay in the system, would you not just install a plug and play system with ballast and bulbs?
