Wait... What constitutes a vibrating problem? Mine vibrates like crazy when I turn up the volume on my music, but it doesn't make any noises. Does that still count? I figure that it's normal for the mirror to vibrate in that circumstance.
Does yours excessively vibrate with sun roof open while driving 40-50mph (without sound)? Glad there's a TSB for it so I don't have to deal with "It's normal" from the dealer.

The music vibration was my original complaint to my dealer back in March/April when I took delivery of the car... and they said that it was a known issue and Lexus was looking into a fix. Mine never made any noises btw... The sunroof open made the mirror vibrate violently to the point where it was unusable.
You should try driving with the sunroof all the way open (i.e. slide it open) and see if it vibrates with/without music....
The new mirror is so solid, it barely vibrates with the music/bass cranked up and/or the sunroof opened back...
K so I got off the phone with the dealer to schedule my service, and mentioned that I wanted to get this TSB done at the same time. They said that they can't order parts until they have the car at the dealer, even for TSBs, so I'd have to go in twice. That's kinda lame. Is that true?
