Has anyone taken a rear view mirror from a <2010 IS and swapped it into their F? I believe the 2011+ (or is it 2010+?) removed the compass and I liked having the compass on the rear view mirror. Is it a plug and play swap or do I need an additional wire to power the compass? Any functional differences between the compass/non compass mirrors? I believe the buttons are slightly different. I have no noticeable vibration issues with my 2014... hoping swapping them out won't introduce the issue.

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread. Purchased my 3rd ISF (2011, 45k miles, so out of warranty) and the rear view mirror shakes as described when going over rough roads. Anyone have the updated part numbers on what needs to be "replaced?" The dealership won't cover it since warranty has expired. Thanks for anyone's insight.

But, I thought the issue was fixed by 2011.

Are there any aftermarket mirrors with homelink that I can use? I don't have the vibration but the glass has these weird marks on it (which I thought was dirt) that is embedded in the mirror itself.
