I was considering this (but only keeping the"F"). We have the very first "F" cars and shouldn't be ashamed to hide it!

Could look cool debadged with custom black pearl "F's"

Thanks for the discussion guys!

ilocke, love how your car looks without the badges. Just not sure if the work of filling the holes and matching paint is worth it. Good food for thought, thanks again.

Thanks! Yea, if you like the look, it's worth it to fill the holes. I got some quotes to just fill the holes (without doing the Wald spoiler) and the highest I was quoted was $250.

Looking at it one way, it's $250 just to fill some tiny holes and paint, but looking at it another way, it's only a mere $250 to achieve a look you like.

Are there holes under the LEXUS, and IS badges on the trunk lid?

I would like to remove those 2 but if it requires filling and repainting I may just pass, or replace with black chrome instead.

Yup there are holes. Repaint of the trunk would be necessary.

Thanks, that is too bad. I think the F has too many emblems.

...and some don't even know Lexus' logo.

If paint matching wasn't a problem on my USB, I would had gone with the clean-look without all of those "stickies".

^^ Nice Job Gary!!!

All you had to do was get that lower section re-sprayed at a paint shop.. right ?

Yes, I had them fill 3 of the 4 holes and re-spray the lower panel. They actually removed the panel to do the job. I never liked the LEXUS and IS, thought it made the back look too busy.

Thanks Joe looking forward to seeing you on the 18th.

I like the look HB- but why'd you move the F over from it's original spot on the trunk? Think it looks wierd imo.....
