It's not a problem. Lack of ability to modify it (or any other Toyota ECM) is the problem. I've had some RSGs working on this since the middle 90's, and no one besides Technosquare (originally G-Force) has ever been able to solidly prove they could modify OEM running parameters on a Toyota ECM. The Technosquare solution depended on soldering a daughterboard with an EPROM in the ECM to replace the OEM processor. Not the most elegant solution, but so far the only thing that actually worked (at least on 2JZs).

true... but correct me if im wrong isnt the reason why we mod lexuses is for the looks rather than the speed...

if it were for speed... i garuntee you most of the guys here are street racing they just want that extra push to edge out that ctsv or vette or m5..... some guys go to the track but alot of guys just want that WTF look on those muscle car drivers

Street racing is slow and lame. It's the first thing you learn at a track day - just how unbelievably slow you are. Also with street racing it's all fun and games until somebody gets hurt, and it's usually an innocent bystander.

No, I don't mod my cars for visual performance (looks), I mod them for mechanical performance. Straight line does little for me. Not lifting to go around a turn doe a whole lot more.

i guess we have different tastes....i like to mod my car for the looks.... if i want to test my car ill take it to the track (straightline)... occasionally not often my buddy and I will test it on open road on bright daylight.... but other than that.. im really not interested in drifting or if the other guy can whip around the corner faster than me. I cant speak for other guys who take their cars up to the 150 limit like that dude in the other thread.

The Ultrasonic Blue ISF you're referring to. I saw it on youtube yesterday. And yes, it's so SICK. The TT are actually located in the back near the mufflers. Man, that's one SICK car. You can hear the hissing sound...one word to describe ...SICK

Inside the engine bay, you can't tell that he has TT because the TT are located in the back near the mufflers. All you see is the intake pipe and filter. That's it. It looks bone stock.
