Where can I find yellow film for the foglights? I recently installed 3000k HID's in my fogs, but I want a more yellow effect with the film. Any recommendations on where to buy and best way to install?

I bought some yellow film from ebay, and cut it out myself (I also have 3000k fogs) The film made the lights look better IMO

I'll contact aerotect, thanks fellas. And the kit is from a company called xentec, its a slim kit, easy to throw in the ballast, i've used them before and they are good quality for the value imo.

im not a big fan of yellow but it does look good

I would suggest two layers of yellow film if you use the same bulbs. If you use yellow bulbs, then one layer of film is fine.

Otherwise the yellow will be faint. I learned the hard way

I don't understand the reasoning behind yellow fogs, is it for a performance advantage or just looks?

Remember my old 99 GS400 came oem with yellow fogs which was nice - wish my IS-F had yellow fogs....

Has anyone just gotten the amber LED bulbs for the fogs (not as bright as HID I know for sure but does it look ok?)

I think it's just for the look. Personally, I like the fogs to match the low beams.

First I was rocking my 3k kit with no fog light overlay...and LOVED IT.

Currently I swapped the bulbs to match my low beams and I'm feeling this for the moment, but I guarentee I'm going to switch back to my 3k's. I gotta love it. JDM rocks the building!
