Exclamation Top Gear wants your feedback

E-mail them your ownership experience at Lexus.ISF@BBC.CO.UK

I've been following it since day one (its in their long term fleet) and they really love the car, from the sport, to the MPG. The last review has a remark; "I'd argue the IS-F has the greatest wheels on the planet"

Tell them to send me a few magazine subscription and I'll give them more about the IS-F than they want to know....

Hell, point them towards this forum and they'll actually get correct details!!

Wait until they see the new wheels on the 2010. The IS-F had the greatest wheels.

Jeremy needs to properly re-test the IS-F..

BUT, he needs to be educated that if he wants to experience the Full Power of the IS-F on the Track, he needs to be in Sport Mode, Trac & Vsc OFF and let the ECU do the "Auto Shifting"..

Every time I catch that episode where he test drives the IS-F and compares it to the M3 Sedan, I want to jump through the TV & smack him a good one across the head..

Top Gear should cut the time for the Stars in reasonably priced cars bit...most of them are strangers to me

I get the mag and in the MAGAZINE, the IS-F battles the M3, C63 and RS4. The author (not JC) says at the end that it was a tie between all 4 but if he had to chose ONE, it would be the IS-F.

That is incredible praise for a Lexus in Europe!

They should just replace all the "stars" with other cars.

Dude we put a car in your car, so you can drive while you drive!

I dunno...sometimes they have an interesting personality (Brian Johnson of AC/DC comes to mind; who knew he was such a gearhead? Simon Pegg, etc).

As far as Jeremy "properly" testing the IS F, remember that Top Gear is purely an entertainment program and he isn't required to be consistent, stringent, or fair in his reviews. JC loves to talk trash about BMW and Porsche but usually ends up giving them some respect (begrudgingly). I actually thought he was pretty spot-on about the F's quirks.

I don't know if many here have noticed, but it seems over the past year that the automotive media have turned around from "WTF" to "WOW" on our baby.
