F-sport rear lower brace on ISF?

I just picked up a brace without any extra hardware. I was curious if anyone else has tried to install this on an ISF while retaining the aero panels.
All I could tell when I was test fitting it was that I need to drill a few holes in the panels, use some spacers and longer bolts. Looks like the brace will sit a little closer (about .25") to the ground than if it was installed on a ISx50 this way.
Anyone else install it this way?

I thought the F already had this area reinforced?
Spacers and longer bolts will only reduce the braces leverage and introduce more flex. Personally I would not recommend installing it.

Yes, the area has factory reinforcements but the additional cross bracing triangulates much better than the factory "u" shape stamped steel bracing. Also, we're talking beefy, 1/4" spacers, I doubt it'll have any detrimental effect - especially if used in combination with the factory braces (mandatory if you want to retain the aero panels).
I'll document the install for anyone else that wants to try it.

It's pretty hard to imagine how a big open rectangle could add stiffness to anything.

reason why i dont have one.. strongest structure is a triangle and weakest is a rectangle so in this case might as well fully seam weld the chassis and cage and dimple dye it too.. (reason i am doing it)

I just completed the install. Went pretty smoothly having the right hardware before hand (and a lift
).
For those of you that want to try this (retaining the aero panels), You'll need the following:
8x ZINC-PLATED STEEL UNTHREADED ROUND SPACER, 3/4" OD, 3/8" LENGTH, 5/16"
8x CLASS 10.9 FLANGE HEAD CAP SCREW, STEEL, M8 SIZE, 40MM LENGTH, 1.25MM PITCH
8x Washers (Don't have the size on hand as I just had some lying around the shop)
1-1.25" hole saw to mark the 4 rear holes by hand. (using the guide drill bit to center over the bolts)
Box Cutter to complete the holes.
12mm socket to remove the factory bolts.
13mm socket to install the new bolts.
Haven't had a chance to really push it in the twistys yet. I'm assuming the difference will be negligible. My only concern is ground clearance. It does sit a bit low for my taste.
