True shaved handles are illegal for street cars in most states. Emergency crews hate them when they're trying to get you out of a burning car.

The door handles on the Project: IS-F aren't like the GT-R handles. They're operated by touching a certain spot which triggers a solenoid that pops the door open. It's a show-only device, and certainly not meant for people who actually have to lock their doors.

i think shaving the door handles on this car would be a bad idea. Don't ruin your 60k car dude!

Agreed. I'd love to do this myself if it weren't my daily driver!

I like everything about that car except the side skirts, to me they just kinda stick out, it looks like they had a hard time maintaining their new body lines.

I actually love the aggressive side skirts, it's one of my favorite aspects of that build:

Hey are there any updates on this project? There was supposed to be a stage 2 with increased HP. I have not heard anything since its debut at Sema.

I'll be sure to ask Troy on Sunday - both he and the car will be at THE PURSUIT.

Looking at the car with the low profile camera (mirrors) and shaved handles reminds me of someone missing their arms. I look at it and something doesn't seem right. I agree with the person who mentioned this isn't probably good if someone's trying to get you out of an emergency. I wouldn't do it.
