It's cuz of the cold weather probably. Mine did that the other day too when we hit 40,s overnight for the first time this fall. Just driving on them and heating them up shut the warning off.

+1 DRE, once my warning came on, just driving and heating tire turned itself off.

Yep... Well I thought at first it was because they weren't heated...
I drove for maybe about 10 miles, but it was still on. I dropped by the dealership, because its on the my way to work. They fixed it and said they reset the TPMS and refilled the tires to 36PSI. (It was still at 28PSI after the10 mile drive)
I guess that is our threshold 28PSI?

The threshold is set during the tire pressure initialization process.. Meaning its based off the PSI set to each tire.
I’ve gotten mine to 27-28 psi at the track with no light..
I have also found a nail in one not to long ago, with 24 psi and Light On
Good thing we have the fun warning light for the nails..

I have learned that more often than not the TPMS light coming on is attributed to faulty TPMS sensors. That's why I had them taken out and the light from under the dash as well. Amen.

I've had far too many problems with faulty or broken TPMS sensors. I opted to have the system removed.

That's interesting. In three years on this board, no one has complained about faulty TPMS sensors in any Lexus product. Incompatible wheels, sure, but never the sensors. Add to this you can't remove the warning from the Information Display and I'd say your solution is a lot less than stellar. Sounds like installer fail, not Lexus fail.
