I'm pretty happy with the lip and after driving around the city with no scrapes it's a very liveable DD solution. My car is pretty slammed too so this is a good test.
Next step is probably to get these flippers and fog light covers wrapped in 3M carbon fiber!

The lip posted above is almost exactly like the ABS one I fabricated myself - concept is really the same - use plastic to create a "flipper" style lip that is both inexpensive and cheap to replace.
They act as a layer of protection for the actual bumper on any scrapes. I crafted my template from 3/8" ABS and then had it sanded down. The ones above I found from a local vendor that we deal with however it's definitely not as robust. Only time will tell how these hold up

That's because the pieces is technically for an e46 m3! hahaha
Gotta luv German stlying in most cases - I'm not too fond of Japanese body kits for the most part in this respect.Here's a much better picture showing the beautiful CF weaving from the 3M wrap (same stuff on my roof and rear diffuser)

It is styled after the M3? That's hilarious...since I''ve joined the forum as a lurker..I've researched the body kits and lips and I've kept saying to myself:
"Why can't someone like Vorsteiner just copy the M3 designs they have off the shelf and make a 2 piece splitter for the IS F?"
My freind..you have done just that! Very nice and that is wrapped in CF right?
