Went back today to pick up my wife's ES. Took pics to answer Joe's questions.
1. The blue on the steering wheel is not as noticable as it appears in the pics.
2. IMO, the rear headrests are not as nice as the old ones. They tilt, by extending them all the way up, then pushing them over. Not remotely Like the ISC.
3. The dealer got in another one since yesterday, Obsidian with black interior.

This feature works exactly the same as the regular 2009 IS models. They actually hinder your rear window visibility.

But they meet new rear impact protection standards if adjusted properly. I participated in a focus group not too long ago and the headrest in the car was the most annoying thing I've ever experienced, but it's undoubtedly safer for a crash test dummy than what most cars have today. I suspect most owners will figure out a way to make it less intrusive. I couldn't even imagine driving that car with a helmet on - it felt like I was wearing a helmet and being pushed forward already.

Great pictures, thanks for posting them!!
I think what he was trying to say is that the Tilting Rear head rest feature,
appreared on the 2009 IS250 & IS350..
While the 2009 F's still kept the same design as the 08's
It has now made it's way up to the 2010 IS-F, as a much needed "New Feature."

It's a new feature to the IS F. It's an existing feature for the 2010 ISx50 and was new for 2009.
