technically i was parked in my spot. so i would have one that one in court and with the police (they admitted that the second time they came out, first time he speculated bc he couldnt see her car).

Just curious but how did she hit your car if you are parked in your own driveway in a "gated community"??? Not saying it's your fault but just curious since for a neighbor to be stupid enough to hit me would mean they would come up my driveway?
Sucks cuz once a car is damaged like that it's never the same.....panels that have moved or mis-aligned is a pain to repair correctly. Time to sell it for a new one!
Wow Florida state laws suck if that is true about no fault insurance where you each pay for yourself in a collision!
