Default How much can you realistically get an IS-F for?

I didn't do a search, I admit so if this has been discussed in advance I apologize.

Just wondering how these things are faring up. I love the IS-F and I was just curious as to how much they are going for now. I don't see to many on the road, and I heard Lexus is giving great deals on them, but I don't know if those rumors are true or false.

there was a $5000 discount on left-over 2008's months ago.

edmunds.com will give you close estimates for local prices and also posts rebates/discounts/incentives as they come...

ebay seems to be pretty accurate of market price IMO. I think most decent 08 IS-F with no unusual circumstances and high mileage is generally going for mid to high 40K these days. I know some lucky owners got brand new 08's for 49-50K, but that was pretty RARE. 45-47K?
