That plastic is taken off so often in my car, that I decided to just leave it off.

I'd like to see a more discreet option for the rear extenders on the BC coils, since I plan to move to them. Do you have any photos of your setup, Extreme99?

You can actually trim down the extenders if you want to, so just the little **** would protrude through your trunk liner.

Thanks for the reply. The first I heard about them is from a local Z/G shop and they install and recommend this coilover. I never heard of them up until that time. Thinking about installing the V3's on my G35. I have heard the same response from others who are running the KW's. The M5 Forum members are running them and the same for the Z & G crowd....all good reviews.

Thanks for the response and from your set up in the photo it appears you have the V3's..nice.

i have the V3's and technically not fully released in the US yet. But the setup is amazing. the VALVING is superior and super comfy when needed and super stiff when called upon. I think CMS is working on getting them. KW uses valving not spring. so you will find out with there super soft spring the car is still super stiff when needed. with DBL ajustable and crazy valving.

I've read lots of pro and con arguments for soft springs and stiff damping. Most of the really fast guys don't agree with it because the damping goes away in a long turn, then you end up on the bumpstops and have a nearly infinite spring rate.

I'd much rather have enough spring to control roll (which is what you tune for anyway) and enough damping to prevent the spring from oscillating. But hey, that's just me from my motorcycle days....

very true. but that works better on a 2 wheel application. With a heavy car like ours there is alot of tire scrubbing with a crazy spring. with our car the stiff spring was losing traction and pulling wheels. i will be using more sway and less spring. I will give you feedback.

you will rub more with kw's they are not adj stroke shocks. they run about 2500 i think? BC's are great. if you rub you need to shave a bit and roll it. I had to!! [IMG][/IMG]

For IS-F guys we usually recommend either 14/12 or 12/10, depending on your driving style and preference.
