is it necessary to do this when u install a intake and a drop in filter?
or will the car just pick up on the change itself????

im not sure but i dont think u have to do it.. it learns the new settings if you drive it for a bit.. correct me if im wrong plz

It will learn faster after a reset because you'll be farther off the mark right away. Either is fine, but reset results in the quickest immediate result.
