Very impressive ~ I was contemplating doing the same thing but in gloss CF.

We were worried about getting the rain channel sections done correctly but it seems you had no issues

What does it cost to do such a wrap? (you can pm too)

Love the car great job!

The cost was $300 total for everything. The rain channels are separate pieces. We just had to make sure to line up the weave pattern.

I like it and it looks great. Any plans to get it clear coated to match the Lexon roof spolier you have on there?

I'd like to get this done. I'm curious if any shops in the bay area have this material and have had experience with it. Actually I would love a *real* CF roof instead, but I don't think that part exist.

We tried t put clear on top, but since it was not a flat surface it looked like poop. I am not sure if it would hold up to a resin coat or not.

That is some very nice film. Had the pleasure of working with it recently, and it looks incredible.

We'll actully be bringing this film to our shop soon.

Nice Job!

the more I look it your roof the more I like it!

Does anyone know a reliable guy in NORCAL to do this type of work? $300 isn't bad at all! I got some things I want him to wrap...

I want this done. I like the raw CF look without the glossy appearance. Now to find a shop in the bay area to do it. BTW, whats it like to clean? Is the textured surface hard to wipe stuff off (bird ****, etc)?

Car wash was no problem, stuff wipes right off. I have also used foamy glass cleaner with no problems either. this stuff is pretty durable. Just make sure when they are installing to not scratch up the vinyl with sharp crevice tools.

Very clean job! you should wrap your roof spoiler to match it.

for those asking....
its called 3m Di-Noc Carbon. there made to stand up to indoor/outdoor beating good quality material...it will last you for years! (For those asking on how it will hold up)...also they only have the Dry Carbon, no wet or glossy look.

I bought a HUGE sheet to wrap my rx7 Interior panels, since it was such a old car the plastic was just not holding up. look faded and dull...

heres are some close up pics of how it looks...very easy to work with. wraps around edges very nicely and holds up strong!

Actually what would be cool is to have the aluminum weave instead.
