The Fin is not taped....its only bolted on!! so just remove the headliner and unbolt the fin, and you are done. Also its not one hole it actually they are two small holes.
you just remove the rear light assembley in the headliner. Then under there you will see the harness and bolt. Just remove the harness and unscrew the bolt. I had to do this to wrap the shark fin.

Yup, headliner idea was bogus. Take out the rear domelight assembly and you'll see the shark fin bolt.
