Whoa. Insurance is about $2800 on my F. Maybe the demographics are different where you are but you should probably shop around.

Holy Sh-t batman over 3k a year for insurance man I thought $1450.00 a year was high. We both have stellar driving records now, a few years ago I can guarantee I would be paying close to that. Man getting old sucks i guess.

Off-topic, yes, I know, but why are you looking to purchase one of Porsche's biggest failures, the 944?

I had an early '85 944 that I bought new and kept for 8 years. It was not a failure. I thought it was a great automobile

Good luck with your IS-F, I've been looking for one in Westchester County, NY for about month now and have checked 15 lexus dealers in tri-state area of NY, NJ and CT and not one dearleship had used IS-F for sale. Here IS-F are rare and people are holding onto them which speak well for the car. Unlike M3 just about every BMW dealer has one or more for sale I wonder why? lol.

You're one of the very few, my friend! What I meant to say, though, is that the 994 was so un-Porsche. A big step back for the manufacturer.
