Default cheap brake pads on ebay

anyone every heard of these??? never heard of this brand before...

the ad states:
Choose any of Cquence Brake Rotors specified above.
2 FRONT + 2 REAR BRAKE ROTORS and 4 FRONT+4 REAR CTEK PADS FOR:

LEXUS IS-F 2006-2008 (All)

buy it now price is $244.52

that's seems WAY cheap for rotors AND pads...

i was gonna give these a try since i have to change rotors soon. also wondering the quality of these pads and rotors

I dunno but call me suspicious. Could be a typo but their ad states that this kit will fit an "06 thru "08 IS-F. Also, they mill their rotors to .02% tolerances which should impart one helluva pulsating feeling in the brake pedal when trying to stop. If you try them please make sure all your insurances are paid up in full before hitting the street!

just askimg meant nice. Why are some looking to get cheap stuff for the F? when u buy a car with brakes etc like this its better to buy quality right? i dont understand is it the money or not paying 1100 for a brake job?

gotcha. i was just thinking that i will need some too and does 1100 retail seem ok. I rather DIY and get a different rotor maybe a two piece and better brake pads while saving money.

yeah...i love saving money but not at the expense of quality and safety...

i just thought i'd share this with the forum cause if they actually are decent then this is a good find...

If any of you think it's a good idea to put $246 worth of pads and rotors on your IS-F, then you need to park the car and never touch it again.

so if someone sold a set of HPS brakes on ebay for cheap, you wouldn't even look into it???
