Lightbulb Lexus IS-F with DRL LED's...delete fogs perhaps?

I posted this picture on my IS-F Build thread elsewhere in this section and some members it while others are saying tacky

Personally I like them but as this is just an "experiment" for me to tinker around I think there is always room for improvement. I'm debating if the current look is ok or should I perhaps try a few other ideas:

A) Leave it the way it is now with LED / HID FOG combo

B) Remove fogs completely and run LED's all the way across

C) Install the LED's inside the headlights similiar to my s2000 setup

if you could form them to the curve next to the fogs, I think that would look good.

I need to see a picture from a larger distance, but so for I'd say leave the fog light and I like the first picture the best!

I like it but it reminds me of Audi.

Leave it stock. It's a Lexus, not a Audi.

perhaps try bullets around the headlights like the new rovers?

have you thought of placing one bulb under each handle? i actually like those! too bad it imitates the bimmer.

i think it looks nice, but i would vote for option 3. having the LEDS wrap around the foglight in a circle would be sick

Audis are not the only ones that are doing the LED's in the headlight/Foglight housings, they might have started it, but its everywhere now

2010 S class

E class

Volvo XC90

And ofcourse the

Lexus LFA

Ive seen all the above in real life and they are sickkkk, esp the S class and the Audis included
Now, for the IS, we need to find a better way cause it looks tacked on, which i guess it is, but needs to flow better with the lines fo the car. Maybe remove the foglight housing and go from there

Thanks for the above post but certainly we've all seen the new McLaren use LED's and also the new Ferrari has them too so let's not sound like a broken record. LED's are used pretty much by all manufacturers these days.

Whether we like them is personal opinion which is fine and I for one love them. My goal is to get a clean look and appreciate the ideas!

here's a picture from a bit further away - looks pretty mean

looks pretty cool from afar.
sorry a bit off topic, what kind of LEDs are you using for the DRLs? Any flickering?
