All colors look great on the F. I have the StarFire and a Buddy of mine has the Obsidian. When we park next to each other, hard to tell its an F... especially in the dark at night. USB Great color but was afraid it might be too flashy? ultimately whatever choice you make, you'll be very happy and pleased. if not, juss floor it and it'll put a smile on your face!

haha! i agree. starfire pearl was one of my top choices. it sparkles unlike any of the other choices, almost like a chameleon look. cant go wrong with any of the six or so color combos for the F, but i'm pretty sure cops are more apt to pick out the matador red mica or even ultrasonic blue because those colors simply stand out. the other color choices (obsidian, smoky granite mica, mercury metallic, starfire pearl) are pretty much of a white or black scheme, so they blend in with the road nicely.

damn it looks like someone put a deposit on the USB I was seriously considering...I guess this gives me a bit more time to consider the pro's and con's of each. I did see a USB today and it looked absolutely stunning.

Lexus' Obsidian Black isn't "black" enough. I'd go with the USB.

each F owner and even non F owners will put in their two cents about which color is greatest (primarily the color they picked for their F), but per this thread, the guy wants to know about obsidian and USB. matador red mica is a beautiful color, as is starfire pearl, mercury metallic, USB obsidian, and SGM. to each his/ her own...but i do believe USB was the original color for the F, given the lines surrounding the emblems, stitching, and even the lexus commercials.
