Hello everyone.. I was wondering if someone out there new the color code for the paint they use on the IS-F rim.. Originally I scratched the rim and then had it repaired, then the clear coat started peeling so I had to sand down the rim... To make a long story short, the color I got the rim re-painted is not satisfactory and that original paint is damn near impossible to match... Anyone out there who works at Lexus or knows any info that can help it would be greatly appreciated...

 

I don't know how close it will be for a whole wheel, but for touch-up purposes, I have been using Toyota Paint Code 1E3 (Phantom Grey). No dealer's parts department had any idea. I came upon this by trial and error, and a couple of hours spent at the auto parts store. My advice would to get all four wheels down.

Unfortunately there is no paint code or official touch up paint from Lexus for the IS F wheel. Lou has the best suggestion for a close touch up.

 

The color is Silver (11GY39). It's in the New Car Features.
