If this car was driven by a Lexus executive as a demo, I would have very few concerns.

Just make sure that it is not one of the units that Lexus used to show off to staff and guests at a track. Those cars got hammered. Many had their front bumpers and hoods repainted to repair rock chips. I ran across 2 of these cars when I was searching and was told by a Lexus dealer to pass them up.

If it was some dealer GM driving it around, I would have pretty good trust in it. It never hurts to have a PPI done. There has to be a reason why Lexus decided not to just sell it themselves. Also never believe what the sales person selling the car tells you about it, get a second opinion.

Where do they come up with these paint names? "Intensa Blue Pearl with a Alabaster-Black Leather interior"

I always avoided demos. To me, they are worse than buying a used car because they are used purposely to show off the car. And what better way to show off the F than to push it to the limit every time you have a guest on board? Get my drift (pun intended)? You think the executives are demoing it by cruising slowly down the avenue? lol.

demo's tend to be handled with proper care, so its practically just as good as new. its in the same boat as certified pre owned, but some CPO's have ended up being wrongfully advertised. if its a great deal, and you like it, have a third party service tech look it over. it doesnt hurt, and it helps if he/she is a friend of yours. best of luck!

Very true but this is my local Lexus dealer who told me this while I am buying the car from an out of state independent dealer...the Lexus dealer was very helpful even though I told him I wasn't going to buy a car from them
