Default FIGS Carbon Fiber Exhaust Valance Concept Thread

So coming up on the year mark for my exhaust devlopment( uggh) But finally will start making some valance concepts and want to solicit feedback. I have gone through learning how to import the 3D scan textured into CAD and play with surfaces to get what I wanted. This is the first concept and I will start trickling more out, for example some more radical designs, hard edges etc. Feel free to weigh in and shape (quite literally) this product. Now these are very much free thought ideas and the final profile will have a more structured lip profile as well as the cleanist blending to the bumper surface as possible. I will keep updated as this takes shape. Also keep in mind that I want to divert air across the exhaust to create vacuum, so I will be playing with more concepts that focus in on this idea.

first cut...very generic shapes

My Ti exhaust system uses HKS canisters so I have what I have. This is an actual 3D scan of my exhaust tip position from my car. I will eventually make a full quad replacement with restyled tips so you can use it with any exhaust.

KUDOS! If you have some nice concepts for the dual, I'm definitely interested!

I like the first render, but I really think the duals on each side would be more of a crowd pleaser

Well I had planned on two versions, one for stock and one for my exhaust. Seems like more people are interested in a stock valance with quad tips.

Very nice. Any plans to accessorize the rest of the car with c/f?

There will be more, an integrated front splitter with fogs was next on the project list. A lot I can do with the 3D scanner now.
