That's horrible. It looks like barbeque grill paint that was applied with an aerosol can.

It has nothing to do with the fact that it's vinyl - it's too flat of a finish. There are plenty on matte/satin/flat black vinyled cars that look great.

What many don't understand about this look is that there has to be a certain sheen, which is a satin effect, which allows flat black to work.

IMHO the only vehicles needing flat finishes are military. I see no beauty in a flat (or satin) black finish.
