pics from today...I am beat. Spend about 7 hrs doing the build and install. All in all things went well and fit well. I need to add a little more clearance on the hub underside but that is about it . Eccentric bolts work well and all install point were very easy. Another nice thing, the eccentric bolts are a 3/4", but no worries, its the same as a 19mm . I am going to make some mods and then get these powdercoated clear then start real world test.

I usually like to test for about 2K miles first...so maybe a few more weeks after I get them installed and rolling. I also expect to get the second half of the solution, the toe links, wrapped up in another week. Based on cycling the suspension, the current toe link bushings see stress when the camber is taken in an out, so the spherical bearing on the inside will help is cycle more clean. And the final piece will be the Trac link, for toe independent camber adjustment. This should help also add some camber without increasing toe settings for a better stance on the track.

still need to pull all those covers off and verify them. Will advise.

Regarding upper arms, I had a few other emergencies I had to deal with so I need to get back to the upper arm design.

Today I cleaned up the ISF arms and I will be dropping them off for clear powdercoating to install next week.

Mike

They look great, do you have any idea how much they will run for once you release them?

I am still trying to decide if I will release a MIG version. All of my high power applications are TIG welded and it takes much longer. TIG price for the F looks like it will be around $520-$550 and automatically come with my best rod end bearing option. If I do a MIG version it will likely be about $60 less. I also have one more cross brace that I would like to add in so pricing is just an estimate, all depends on testing. The big expense over my other arms is the additional eccentric bolt that I had to source on top of the fabrication. If I get enough interest I can invest in the tooling for the sheetmetal forming to lower the price like I did with the IS and GS versions.

I will open up to preorder once I get a few test miles on them. I have sheetmetal for 5 sets total for first run. My PC guys were massively bogged down last week and I did not get them done. I will keep you all posted once I get em rolling The next goal is to fit a 305 on the rear with minimum mods.
