injen intake
Has anyone bought this? I dont see anyone with it installed with pics and maybe a video so we can get a feel how it sounds?
and in real world driving,does it make the car feel any better?
i have a joe z exhaust,and i think its time for a intake to match up with the whole free flowing setup.
oh yea any check engine light?

i like it... sounds deeper when i open it up an im still running off the stock exhaust for now. The install was not bad. The quality of the product is good not great. What i like more about the injen intake over the K&n is that it sits further away from the engine. What i like more about the Injen over the takeda is that it has a bigger filter. It looks great to.

Lou I decided I am going to do a GB on both. The Injen first as it is a little better deal and they seem to be priced more reasonably. I am a fan of the Amsoil dry element air filter as well since I ran this on my previous IS and its what I am running now in the airbox.
The 2 stage design of the AFE takeda is compelling since I have dynoed with and without the flap activated and at least in a sealed setup the 2-stage is beneficial. I plan on dynoing both on the 18th of this month when we have a local dyno day..
