hey guys,
Just an fYI but if you plan on getting the AC lip, BE SURE TO CLEAR BRA the area right where the lip touches the middle part of the bumper next to the plastic lower grill. Otherwise the minute you scrape your front lip what happens is that the lip puts pressure against your lower bumper and your paint starts to chip. I've seen this on two IS-F's with AC lips and it's just an inherent part of the bad design. Once the paint starts chipping away where the lip touches the bumper it looks pretty bad.

i hear ya, joe! im already low enough as it is with the coils. i cant imagine how much harder its gonna be if i were to get a lip.
good looking out rick! i thought about how it would scrape between the lip and the lower bumper area, but it still looks pretty nice IMO (when the paint chips are visible)!

Also for those recommending the clear bra, are you getting your front lip covered too?

i got the lip thru carson toyota. they took a lot longer than they promised which wasn't a very pleasant experience. the lip was over $900 shipped to me which seems quite excessive, i know...but i wanted it. *sigh*
installation is free cause i'm doing it myself...paint was free cause the body shop screwed up on my bumper the first time around. if you look at my original thread on my car's build, people noticed my bumper color was off from the original body color...so i had the body shop respray it...
