Default recommened spring rate for KW V3 coilovers

Hey everyone sorry to ask another question regarding suspension. I'm leaning more towards KW's now. What spring rate would everyone recommend? I'm looking for a spring rate that will be great for the track. I do drive the car on the street so if I can adjust it to become a little softer that would be nice. Close to factory would be nice for ride comfort. Thanks.

you can not specify spring rates on V3s. That kit comes the way it is. If you want special rates you need to either buy my set which is now sold which are custom v3s that no one has or buy competitions which are about 4500 bucks or 3 way competitions which are about 8800 bucks.

KW V3 are very well designed and specific for each car. The spiring rate they come with allows a ride as smooth as the standard suspension. That is the beauty of it. OEM comfort even lowered more than 2"
I have had them on my IS for more than 5 years now and never had a problem. Very smooth when I used it as a DD and now stiff has it should for track use

Those two things are mutually exclusive. I've driven cars with KW Club Sports which best emulate what you are looking for and they are a bit harsh for a street car. Decide what is more important to you and choose either the off the shelf V3's or the set that trackdood is selling. The V3's as sold by KW are going to be as close to factory as you're going to get.
